How do I order a package?
Ordering is easy. Simply call 941-545-8877 and you will be able to talk to someone about ordering a package.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the vendors and the date you are requesting.
How can I pay?
We take all major credit cards and you can pay with a personal check.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. There is a $100 fee for late payments.
Can I get more colors of sand than is specified in the package I choose?
Yes, you may get more colors of sand. There is a $10 fee for each additional color.
Are the bottles provides for the sand Ceremony?
Yes. Glass bottles are provided for you, but you may also bring your own if you have a special one you would like to use
Can we get a Hi Resolution of all the pictures taken at the ceremony?
Yes. There is the option to purchase a high resolution DVD’s of all the images. The price is listed in the details of each package
Do we get copyrights to the images on the high resolution DVD?
Yes. You will receive a letter with the DVD to prove you have those rights.
Can I get more time with the photographer?
Yes. You may hire the photographer for more time. Please talk with us about pricing for that option.
Can I pick the colors of flowers in the bouquet?
You can pick the colors in the Barefoot and Paradise Package.
Are the pictures put online in a gallery?
Yes. All of your images will be put online for up to 6 months after the event.
Do we have to get the marriage liscence before the actual ceremony?
Yes. That is REQUIRED. Without the license, the officiant cannot perform the ceremony.
What kind of music is provided?
We have very traditional music for a wedding.
Can we pick our own music?
Yes. You can bring your own music. Must be in CD or Ipod form.
How many songs should we provide if we chose our own music?
You should bring at least 30 minutes worth of music. We may not need that much, but the more the better. Be sure to put the songs you MOST want played in the very beginning of the mix.
